Bedroom 2: 2nd double bedroom 2 x single beds(can make a double or 2 x singles as required)
Bedroom 3: Single bedroom (1 single bed), separate bathroom number 2(shower/toilet/wash basin) overlooking the water,.
Bedroom4: Doubles bunk beds sleeping 2 people.
Kitchen with Rangemaster cooker (views over the river), lounge with top of the range Charnwood Log Burner/internet 3d tv/dvd/blueray (views over the river), downstairs toilet (views over the river), dining room (views over the river), and washing room with washing machine/freezer/dryer (views over the river).

Childrens area in the garden includes the fully kitted out Wendy House. Everything a child could need, plus their own private balcony and window overlooking the river!

Parking space for one car on the driveway, with more space available in local car park (200m) at the daily rate or weekly council permit direct £38(at time of writing).

No dogs at River Cottage sorry. Only by request. (Dogs are welcome at The Boathouse next door.)
The owners house is next door for any enquires, and information about the local area.
Disabled Access; There are 3 low steps for any disabled access. There is a toilet on the ground floor. Sleeping is all on the first floor (unless using a sofa). As everyone has different needs please call for more information.
